The Health & Professional Certification Project offers the following knowledge licensure exams for the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety:
– Class D Driver
– Motorcycle

Testing Prerequisites
– Candidates must be 15 years old – Class D
– Candidates must be 14 years old – Motorcycle

Testing Fees
$25 per exam administration onsite

Note:
There is a $25.00 fee associated with tests taken at Career Tech Testing Centers and the applicant will still have to visit a Service Oklahoma Licensing Office for the vision test and to be issued the permit.

– Valid Government issued photo id

– Birth Certificate
