Steve Feller, Assistant Maintenance Director has been named the August Employee of the Month for Southwest Tech. His nomination stated; "I would like to recommend Steve Feller as the July EOM. Steve has been instrumental in helping make changes in the Maintenance Department by taking on additional duties and making suggestions on better ways to do things, Steve has taken the approach to get out in front of maintenance problems by working on a preventative maintenance plan instead of just fixing it when it breaks. Steve has organized the summer maintenance projects and has worked diligently to make sure the school will look its Best when we have full time students back on campus. Steve takes Pride in the overall working environment & appearance of Southwest Tech and challenges the other Maintenance Staff to do the same. Steve has also earned the position of Assistant Maintenance Director which is well deserved."
Steve also will be the first to let you know that it has been a team effort to get where they are today with the Summer accomplishments, the Maintenance Team has worked very hard to get things ready for the new school year.
