Southwest Tech welcomed superintendents and principals from across southwest Oklahoma for a collaborative meeting focused on accreditation, leadership, and student success.
The event opened with a welcome and introductions by SWTC Superintendent Mr. Dale Latham, followed by remarks from Kimberly Hale, Regional Accreditation Officer. Hale provided key updates on accreditation processes and answered questions from school leaders.
A special Questions & Open Discussion session allowed superintendents and principals to share insights, exchange ideas, and address common challenges facing schools in the region.

The meeting concluded with lunch and networking, providing leaders an opportunity to strengthen partnerships that benefit students throughout the region.
Superintendent Dale Latham emphasized the importance of these gatherings, noting, “Collaboration among our schools ensures that we are preparing students for success both in the classroom and in their future careers. Bringing together superintendents and principals creates a stronger, more unified vision for education in southwest Oklahoma.”
