Southwest Technology Center is proud to recognize Leslie Snapp, APEX Coordinator, as the February Employee of the Month for her outstanding dedication to local businesses and economic growth across Southwest Oklahoma.
As the APEX Coordinator, Snapp works tirelessly to ensure area businesses and contractors are well-prepared and positioned when local, state, and federal project opportunities arise. Through consistent outreach, education, and communication, she helps businesses understand requirements and gain the knowledge needed to successfully compete for government contracts.
Snapp is widely recognized as a dependable team player who is always willing to step in and support others when needed. Her efforts have played a key role in generating millions of tax dollars that stay within the local community as businesses secure contracts—strengthening individual companies while supporting long-term economic development throughout Southwest Oklahoma.
