"Aviation spotlight of the week" Red River Aviation and SWTC have had a mutually beneficial relationship for many years and this continues through their support of SWTC's A&P mechanics program. Red River Aviation Owner Brian Toth and his mechanics seen here providing mentorship training bi-weekly to enrolled students Billy Scott and Mathew Stein. As seen here Billy is learning corrosion control measures from A&P mechanic Tito Vargas and also IA/A&P John Harris instructing Mathew Stein on changing engine oil and filter during an annual inspection. Also pictured is SWTC 2020 graduate and now FAA Certified A&P mechanic Thomas Turner performing an Air Filter replacement on this Cessna Aircraft.
