What an amazing night with Chef Keshia from Elysium Acres, hosting her fall charcuterie class at Southwest Tech! 🍂🧀✨ 14 attendees learned how to turn everyday foods into beautiful (and tasty) creations. Well… except for Mr. Brown, our Metal Fab instructor, who ate all his goodies before even making the board! 😂 But hey, he did manage to make a little figurine!

A lot going on in Metal Fabrication!! 2nd year students have finished one project of building all new welding booths for the shop and now we are starting to put up our 20x40 enclosed extension onto the back of our shop. Excited to be able to use this extra space!!! Big thank you to Steve Feller and David Brown of the fabulous SWTC Maintenance team for helping us set the poles.

Southwest Tech is excited to partner with Oklahoma Highway Patrol to bring you a FREE! Safe Riders Course!! This is 8-hour course will be at Southwest Tech on Saturday, October 12th, from 8A-3P.
