Practical nursing students assisted with sports physicals for Mangum student-athletes. During the event, the students performed blood pressure and pulse checks to help ensure athletes are healthy and ready for participation in sports activities. We are proud of our students for representing the nursing program with confidence and compassion while supporting the well-being of local youth.

The Safe Sitter class date has been updated to Saturday, June 21. 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. The class is designed to prepare students in 6th-8th grades to be safe when they're home alone, wathching younger siblings, or babysitting. The instructor led class is held in a fun environment where students learn through role-playing exercises and get to use manequins to practice rescue skills.
